Help next to curtain rods/types.? my windows are 84x84 and 54x63 i prefer the light silky/sheer kind...
my windows are 84x84 and 54x63 i prefer the light silky/sheer kind of curtains. any idea as to what kind of rods I requirement? or panels? I have no conception what im looking for.. thanks
Answers: it depends on whether you want to open them or not. If you dont, you can only get continous lace with a rod pocket hole at the top. you thread that on (a bit similar to elastic waist) onto a long pole.
If you want to open them, you can attain continous with a stiched in nouns to put hooks into. this then goes onto runners near holes.
You get a lot of types of curtain rail. If you just want to see the fabric you can grasp the rails with wheel rings. You then attach the hooks on the curtain if it has the cassette on the curtains. We have two types of tape here. Then you can use a metal rod and rings that run on the rods beside the same hooks on the curtains. You also get wood rods. Then you can fit steel rings contained by the curtains and push either rod through. You could also put up a cord and thread the curtain over the cord. I think that looks rubbish and you affray to open the windown and clean the window.
