My office bench is locked and I don't know how to unlock it.
Answers: On the post of some chairs there is a collar leash. If you lift that, nearby is a screw. Unloosen the screw, position the height and later tighten the screw. Lower the collar. That is how my desk chair operate.
There is a little lever on the departed. Pull it out or push it in - they tend to not move up and down. On the right is a stratum that goes up and down to raise/lower the form.
