I'm moving in a few days and I can't decide on the color for my different room. I had decided on going for a Chinese matter, and painting all walls red, but the room wishes a color that helps the lighting. Ceiling and floor are white.
Please help me desire!
TKS
keep the chinese subject, change wall color to a goldy-yellow, but test colors first to trademark sure the color is not too bright.
have accents contained by red and black you can make stripes of red, yellow, and red.
get those scotch tape things as showed on TV.
I have a room that needed help with lighting and go to Lowes. They told me that green(which i typically hate) works well,... so I painted my room Pine Needle Green. It is almost the color of cerely. It looks great!! I was so shocked how right it came out. It is not too dark so it help with lighting and it wasn't white(which is so not something I was feeling like to leave). Hope that helps. paint the wall with a porthole in your favorite red
the secondary color for red is green
so a muted green would do
BUT these colors need to come back surrounded by the items you put in your room.
Answers: play around with the Sherwin Williams color visualizer to find something that you like. It is the best paint visualizer on the net, imho. I like how their color palette is laid out, I like that you can rummage through by color family & color name, the "painted" rooms look the most authentic, and it suggests coordinating color schemes. You can literally spend hours:

I suggest painting adjectives of the walls "ramie" (# 6156). Then paint on a stencil of bamboo in "red barn" (# 7591).

It would look something similar to this when it's done:

You can also take a photo of your room & upload it to the makeover gallery on this website:

You can get color suggestions & they'll photoshop them onto your room so that you can grasp an idea of what it will look like.
You could paint one wall a low red and paint the others a neutral color like fawn or yellow.
