Has Jeromes furniture other tried to deliver things to SENIORS at 10:45 pm??? My parents who are in their 70's, bought a couch from Jeromes...

My parents who are in their 70's, bought a couch from Jeromes furniture and they kept putting past its sell-by date the delivery! All the bearing untill 10:45 at night. We tried to phone call them and they gave us the run around. Anybody else beside the same problem??
Bathroom Folding / Sliding Door??!!?! Help?
Answers:    That's despicable. I'd ring a local TV station and let them know what happen. Most have investigative reporters who are more than positive to bring things like this to bedside light.
