I personally haven't used it, but a friend of my boss's have and he was within the office discussion about it in the future. Apparently, according to him, he pays $3000 a year for the membership and he get all these things for a physical big discount. It's worth it if you're doing a really big remodel on an expensive home. His house is about 1 mil and he re-did the complete kitchen (I mean integral kitchen) pool, bathrooms, a whole lot of stuff, so he save a ton, but for the regular joe-shmo like me, it would be a squander.
