I have wall thesis that i used as a border in my living room. The wall thesis has raise flowers.i would like to know is within any quick and assured way to paint the raise flowers one color while keeping the unraised portion untouched

I believe your referring to painter tape-it's blue & can be found at your dollar general stores for $3 a roll & at your larger stores for $7 a roll.
This is completely safe on painted walls as all right as wallpaper & will not take the wallpaper or paint past its sell-by date when you remove it. I kept some on my kitchen wallpaper for months while doing a project & it came past its sell-by date easily w/o taking the tabloid at all.
Get some little bitty model coup¨¦ brushes and the flat wide ones are best for projects approaching you are doing.
Wash them & clean them storing them afterwards near brush bristle end up and they'll final for years.
Also. tear past its sell-by date little pieces of the painters video & stick it where you don't want your paint to disturb whats on the wall.
