I am considering having Karndean flooring fitted surrounded by my living room, does anyone have this? It's the wooden floor full plank design that I am interested contained by. What exactly is it, does it look good, is it complex wearing, are there any negative points about it?
Answers: Karndean is a capably respected manufacturer of vinyl both sheet and plank. Plank vinyl is almost exclusively for commercial use so I assume that your floor will be a sheet vinyl near a wood plank pattern. Karndean make some of the best looking vinyl floors I have see. The patterns are faithful and the textures meeting. It is sometimes hard to distinguish a giant quality vinyl from wood until you meander on it.
In comparison with other vinyl floors, in attendance are no negatives.
In comparison beside real wood at hand are a few, such as lower durability. Vinyl cannot be refinished and look good after 80 or 100 years. It will hold up economically though with obedient maintenance. You can probably count on 15 years. Vinyl is superior to wood surrounded by that it is not sensitive to water.

Knight Planks are laminated vinyl planks that look basically like planks of wood. I have it laid to my gamesroom kitchen dinning and entry 2 months ago. It looks great just approaching real wood flooring and it is glib as to clean. The simply I found out after I had it laid be it actually wishes to be cut and polished after being laid (Carpet Hotline didnt in actuality include it in the price grrrr) you can do this yourself but the cost of the products is not cheap or enjoy a professional who uses Karndean products to do it for you (this is what I did and it was a 3rd of the price of doing it myself) The solely other thing you have need of to really consider is if you have pets especially dogs that live inside as it is incredibly slippery for them and they have greatly of trouble walking on it, mine had so much trouble I concluded up buying foam anti slip matting to run through the house so she can go and get around.
