the standard hardwood floors. Any opinions? Also, I own a ranch style house and am considering putting hardwood floors surrounded by the bedroom end of the house. Someone said it is better to step onto carpeting contained by the morning.

Answers:    We put in hardwood floors because we enjoy 3 dogs and bad allergies. We get bella hardwood flooring. It looks great, wears great, and have a 50 yr warranty. I too thought i would hate stepping onto wood flooring contained by the morning but it isnt that bad and i in general keep my slippers by the bed.
