how hard is it to install sand and finish hardwood flooring. are the likelihood of me ruining my flooring good adequate that i should hire someone to finish it for me. im sure i can install it but i have never run a belt sander and have never done that much finnishing

when we have our hard wood floors put within, we got a professional to do it. we couldnt stay surrounded by the house for a few days because of the fumes. it is worth it though because the floors came out fantastically
