Hardwood floor estimate? I am going to b painting my room this spring/summer and when...

I am going to b painting my room this spring/summer and when I do I'd similar to to redo my hardwood floors because they are currently surrounded by terrible condition. they supply my splinters, one of the floorboards comes up and a lot of them move around and pop up/sink contained by.

from the one that comes up I can see there is nil under it similar to plywood or anything. the house was built contained by the 50's and he is flooring is original.

the room is 13x23 (it's the attic), I'm hoping for a dismal ashy walnut color.

I know these things vary greatly, but I'm just looking for philosophy on how much I'll need to reclaim up, so if anyone has ANY hypothesis as to how much it would cost I'd appreciate the info.
Answers:    I¡¯m not sure if you¡¯re looking for an estimate for refinishing or replacement. When I had almost 900 sq ft of 1950s hardwood refinished late end year, the going rate was $3-$3.50/sq ft.
If you jump to the Pergo web site (A Brand of hardwood laminate) you can see what different paint looks similar to with Walnut colored flooring. You also can enter your square footage and seize a price. It's typically priced per square foot. Say like $3/sqft so you'd requirement ~$900.
