OK, I'm NOT a home maker. I lately moved into a new place, and I bought bedding that included curtains and a valance. How do I sway these things? I'm assuming I need two sets of rods(?). Are they cancel out? Is one much higher than the other? Really, I've never done this since, and I don't want it to look bad. Please facilitate.

Answers:    Go to a store like Target or Lowes, and you'll see they trade the type of curtain rod you're looking for. You attach one bracket to the wall and a rod hooks that is closer to the skylight - put this on the inside (this is the one you hang the panel on) and one that sits further out this goes contained by the outside part (this is the one that hold the valance). Good for you for flaccid real windowpane treatments!!!!
