i painted dark brown comment on over white gloss but presently i notice its chipping and crumbling off contained by some places why is this? how can i prevent this happening again.
Answers: you should hold sanded the white walls to rough them up a short time before you painted,the best bet would enjoy been to prime coat the white walls within a flat paint first ,then apply the add footnotes to brown.Painting Contractor
