Ok it's a metal futon. It has three wholes (in the middle of the futon) for possibly crews. One at the bottom of the top passage, one at the top of the bottom section and one one at the bottom of the bottom box. What are these for? Could it be missing a spring or something the connects the things together maybe. When folded out it doesn't lay completely flat.
