How would one organize their bedroom surrounded by a feng shui like mode? Please list principles/rules of arranging a room.
i think you hold the wrong notion about fengshui. it is not a decorate style.
there are no principles or rules; within are only concepts or technique which are listed within this article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/fengshui; under combining technique
fengshui is more than arranging the furnitures inside the house. i think it is more approaching the arrangement of rooms inside the house. this is because of the flying stars method or xuan kong fei xing, if you will refer to the wiki article. in flying stars, whenever your prime front door faces a expert degree (in the 360 degrees), the distribution of worthy areas and bad areas surrounded by your house shifts. you cannot sense this being devout or being impossible, even if you are a psychic. you can only know them by using the fengshui technique/s. so very soon, you put the bedroom, living rooms at the good areas, while move off the garage, toilets, hallways at the doomed to failure areas.
another way of applying this method is... when you are adjust your built house to have a apt fengshui, you try to tilt your front door, and do the calculations to shift the apt areas towards the rooms where you live more.
i know that this method is more difficult, but this is the concrete chinese fengshui.
as opposed to what most writers write roughly speaking superimposing a 12 section bagua over your house. lately imagine if you use this method, you extremity up a house without a bathroom, because where on earth ever you put it you affect that aspect of your life. but fengshui is not resembling this.
most techniques/ methods of fengshui are listed lower than the combining technques in the wikipedia article.
Pretty concrete to incorporate all the "feng shui" experts belief / suggestions if you did not start out building your home or rooms in the feng shui set-up. As to start out, the bedroom should be at the spinal column of the house... away from all the foremost active rooms. Also, a bedroom above a garage is totally out. Ideally, it will not be urgently opposite, above or below the toilet, kitchen, subsequent to living room or children's playroom.
1. The bed should be the biggest piece in the room (here, I muse they are encouraging you to go out and spend funds on a big bed).
1b. This bed should be stale all intuitive, yet thaw out, materials (wooden frame, natural mattress, cotton sheets, blankets, etc. Very little synthetic around).
1c. Nothing on the wall over the herald board.
1d. On bed placement, apparently, to avoid the disruptive high force streaming through windows: Head of bed should not be placed at fanlight. Ideally, the window should be furrowed up with the bedroom door so that the soaring energy pass through the room. If the window directly face a wall... a mirror on the opposite wall will work to distribute the high liveliness back through the porthole. Likewise, same with mirror if door face a wall.
1e. Bed should not be placed between window and door as it will be right within the center of all this giant energy swirling between pane and door.
1f. Do not use the space below bed for storage.
1g. Avoid mirrors facing the bed.
2. Decor color scheme and objects should be inline next to your birthyear elements. That is, the colors of walls, window treatments, lighting and other d¨Ścor elements should work very well together and certainly work for you intuitively. The experts recommend that the aforementioned be in row with your birthdate elements: "In feng shui, the best colors are determined base on the occupants' birth data and the interaction of five elements. For example, if you are a Metal thing person, best colors for you will be any Earth (Browns, Earthy, Light Yellows) or Metal colors (White, Gray.) You will need to avoid Fire colors (Red, Orange, Strong Yellow and Purple), as Fire Melts the Metal."
Lighting: should be mellow (preferably delicately scented candles). Personally, a 60 watt bulb works fine, after adjectives, I don't sleep with the flimsy on.
Other elements. Choose some sensual, romantic or relaxing art for your bedroom. I bummed out on the art as cluttered walls don't work for me.
Above is the basic... after you can take into consideration a small plant that add more complication on the right place / corner of the room to place the plant.
