about how much do you assume finishing a basement room would cost. it is 10feet by 24 foot and already has a warmness vent, 2 light switches beside lights. so what i do need is mat baseboards and trim finishing 3 of the walls plus putting up another wall which would be about 12 foot and putting up a 7 foot wall for the closet. also i need shelfs for the closet so how much do you give attention to this would all cost???
Answers: It really depends on the materials you use. What I would do is sit down and numeral out what you need and afterwards e shop for prices. (Lowe's.com or whatever Hardware/lumber store.etc.) I am assuming you are doing the work yourself. Having someone do adjectives that would be at least a $3000.00 opportunity +++. At a guess I think you are looking at $400-$600 contained by materials. Lumber is not cheap right now. Of course I own always be a fan of antediluvian barn siding in basements. The weathered wood is pre toughened and looks upright too. Good luck.
