i am having a rock n roll sweet 16, generally 80s, 90s, and modern rock.
i need help on prettification and any ideas.
but my main problem, is what should the foremost colors should be.i didnt live in the 80s, but i love the music and that era. so what should they be, heres what i was thinking...
any..
red,gold,silver, and black ( but its really really hard to find paty supplies and decorations within these colors)
or
black and bright colors

The best thing you should do is scrutinize 80's and early 90's movies like Back to the Future, Class of 1999 ( Real 80's Bad (a)ss Movie), and tons more. That will give you an idea of their mind frame and colors and music!! capably i would pick black and like red and blue bright colors like u said. and as u know put a bet on in the day they have record players well i would try to find some paperwork and tie some string to them and hang them from your ceiling or something
ok u could like obtain posters of great guitarists like SLASH, JIMMY PAGE who was chosen for the greatist guitar solo ever beside LED ZEPPPLIN song STAIRWAY TO HEAVEN that was just info on why him, and QUEENS guitarist, and EDDIE VAN HALEN u can not for attain him then u could try to mix a look to fit them sorry no color ideas its self pink and black, a bright but not hot/neon pink(i did grow up within the 80's and pink was a very hot color)

Answers: I lived surrounded by the 80's and I loved it. On your theme colors it depends on the kind of 80's music you really savour. I was always into Motley Crue, Aerosmith, Poison, etc. For these types you crash into the typical black, red, silver, and gold which you have already stated is tricky to find in decorations. If you like more of the 80's radio music next black and any neon (pink, blue, yellow, etc.) will do. Metalic streamers and old vynyl store that you can find at a thrift store are great starters for deco. I hope this helps :-)
