Dried Flowers? Hello everyone! I recieved a vase full of elegant roses a week ago....

Hello everyone!
I recieved a vase full of elegant roses a week ago. The other plants in my pitcher are starting to wilt and my roses are starting to! I want to keep the flowers as a memory. Do i keep hold of them in the pitcher, or do i take them out individually and agree to them dry out? Do i need to maintain them pressed in a book? Also...what are some angelic projects to with dried flowers such as roses?
