Dose concrete resurfacing work?

Answers:    Maybe yes,maybe no.

Allot has to do beside prep work, condition of existing slab and product used.If you have cracks you stand a high probability of what we christen mirroring. To do correctly you need to sandblast existing slab, clean and apply product correctly.

I am a wall/flatwork contractor and own vivid memories of a job I did.I bid a job to overlay a slab near the factory rep there. We followed every procedure to the letter,my finishers are veteran comm finishers. Now win this,a $6800.00 job ended up costing me $9700.00.I have to tear out and replace slab because the product flashed.

My moral to this story, since I am no longer anal retentive is I walk away from these projects.

Good Luck
Yes if the concrete your putting it on is surrounded by good enough shape to adopt it. If it has huge cracks and is heaved it is better to remove it.
