Don't you think "Intimate connections" song by Kleeer would stir great playing in a room beside a water bed and a lava light. But turns the lights off and set off the lava lamp on to create that romantic mood?

Satin sheets covered with rose petals, low lighting, soft music playing, a cold bottle of champagne beside fresh strawberries, altough stereotypical, is always a great view too.

But then I've be married for 11 years and anything more than "ya wanna?" is romantic to me.

Another great idea is to saunter up behind the creature and ever so softly kiss them on the back of the collar and whisper "I love you" as you make around to hand them a white rose. But next just the kiss and shush every now and again is a really awesome point. It's those little things that you do that lets someone know how much you fastidiousness.
