I have two boys 10-1/2 and 13 (both next to ADHD). I would like to arrange their rooms so they can keep them verbs, and we would also like to redecorate them near maybe a subject matter.
Answers:    I got those MDF cubes and get plastic baskets to go within them. I labeled the baskets : cars, blocks, books, legos, etc.
We painted the cubes to match the room, surrounded by a light blue... you enjoy to prime 1st, they DRINK paint! There was also a double cube that have a shelf in the middle, so it be 24" long, with a shelf at 6"... great for games.

I would paint a soothing color and pick out a wallpaper border that they both resembling... either run it aroung the middle or along the ceiling... low cost, big impact, confident to change.
Don't buy unpasted... approach too much work... also had one that be a long sticker... it came stale... best to go near pre-pasted. Easiest.

Good luck.
Kids with ADHD should be soothed next to color. A busy theme is not going to lend a hand them focus. You want to keep it as simple as possible. Go to DIY.com and investigate themes....within may be a few that would work for your situation.
