Does anyone know where on earth I can purchase cheap picture frames? I'm looking for a picture frame that fits an 8 X 10....

I'm looking for a picture frame that fits an 8 X 10. It could be larger (like an 11 X 14 frame that sizes the 8 X10 which includes that white thick border around it). I've be looking around in a couple stores and that frame beside that particular size costs nearly $10 - $12, which I think is too much. Anyone know any places that sell for a cheaper price?

I be at Big Lots about two weeks ago, they have tons of different frames for under ten bucks. I get a pretty cool frame that holds a 4x6, with the mat in a 1" insightful recessed frame, for $4. The frame itself is about 8x10. Almost every frame I saw at hand was below 10-12 bucks. Most were 4-8 bucks.
