Does anyone know how to droop roman shades??? I bought a roman shade(on clearance) and it doesn't have the hardware...

I bought a roman shade(on clearance) and it doesn't have the hardware within it. All it has is one long flat plastic peice on the top. Does anyone know what I necessitate to hang this?
