I have old-fashioned wall paint of all different sorts, size containers, and multiple colors. Most are a couple years old. I guess I could throw them out, but I'd approaching to donate them to an artist or a school who requirements them. Does anyone know a good charity -- or an individual?
Answers:    Go on freecycle.org or craigslist.org's free stuff and bestow them to whomever is doing a small bath, or craft project, etc. I get rid of all my outdated paint that way. It is profoundly better if someone else doesn't have to buy unknown paint and yours doesn't go into a chemical dump or the landfill. I agree that really feeble paint won't really be good anymore, but if someone wishes to paint a small project, it will work just fine.
Any paint that have been sitting for more than a year is worthless. Donating worthless paint is not cool. Dispose of these materials properly. It may cost a few dollars at the local dump but explicitly the best place for them.
