Does anyone own an notion on how much it may cost to add on an extended balcony to a pre-existing quad?

I want to add to an existing 8'Lx5'W yard slab and make it a total 18'Lx12'W. I freshly want regular textured concrete (slip-resistant) and I also want to add a covered (roof) yard to cover 12'x12' of the patio. I live contained by Houston, TX and am planning on buying a home but I have found that a majority of newer homes enjoy absolutely no definite patio nouns to speak of so it looks like I will enjoy to have one put surrounded by.

Answers:    Measure the total nouns (for the new concrete) Decide how sticky you want it to be. Multiply together to get the cubic yard
(thats what concrete comes in from the truck. Call the local concrete plant to find out what your cost will be. Check beside a local company that does Patio roofs. Find out how much it will cost. Realize that it is going to be a bit pricey!! Suck it up and have the work done.
