Do adjectives paint colours cost one and the same? except how much of a difference is in that between the costs?
Answers: No all paint colors are not like depending on the pigment. Darker colors are more expensive. Also the brand makes the difference. You can prolly go and get a gallon at walmart for 15 or less. I hear it fade fast and does not final. You can go to home depot or Lowes and start at roughly 22 a gallon. Then you can go to sherwin williams and may clear around 30 a gallon. Benjamin Moore has delicate paint and it could average 35 dollars a gallon.
The only paint that costs more than others is a special type of red (think barn red) because they use a special pigment to brand it. The only point that's different in price next to paint is the brand (semi gloss, eggshell, flat, etc), excluding that they don't charge more because of the colour.
