Answers:    Teak - is a wood which lasts for tons years with out any loss surrounded by strength are not exposed to any climate changes and also not much conservation except once 8 to 10 years varnishing required. Costly because of non availability. ( available contained by less quantity)

Aluminium - it is a metal. it is sturdy and long stable life. some times react to atmospheric changes will come up. Cheaper because it is available in plenty.
Apratment walls?
The with the sole purpose advantage I see to teakwood is purely deep. It looks nice. It is "upscale" if you will. Aluminum is strong, light, and requires little to no maintainance. If I be building a million dollar home in a nice neighborhood I would use teakwood where on earth visible. If I be building a cabin within the woods, I would go beside the aluminum. Better price, longer lasting, smaller quantity work to maintain.
