I have a few items I'd like to display contained by my home - on a wall, and I'd hate to use just plain weak nails . . . . . was hoping to find someplace that sell decorative nails (mainly attractive nail heads) that are functional, yet attractive, someplace in the Dallas Fort Worth Area.

Answers:    I don't know where to find patterned nails -I've always "made my own.
Sometimes, I can find upholstery tack i like. I've used ones that look antique and also rather modern near a bright shine in both gold, antiqued gold ingots, silver, and antiqued silver.
I've also used metal bottoms that I have hot glued to the staple heads to add a pretty touch.
Also craft/hobby stores that take jewelry making supplies Will have a range of decorations that engender pretty nail heads.
