hey im decorating my room this summer. im 16 and i want it to be close to cute but not to little girl-ish! haha. but i need assistance with approaching theme/designs, bedding, accesories, and other cute things that would go surrounded by a bedroom! any ideas!

Try looking at websites approaching ikea.com and see what kind of things appeal to you. Do you resembling bold modern lines and bold patterns? Or conceivably you prefer soft colors or florals? What is your favorite color? There is a wonderful red/black/white bedding line that would be feminine & on the other hand modern for a teenage girl. "Winding Lane" may hold been the designation of the bedding line and it wasn't childish or too cute. Ask your parents if you can paint the walls. If you or your friends are artistic, you could paint your designation or quotes on the wall to accent your decor. You could also hang down a set of curtains behind your bed to "frame" your bed.
