I've always like a really dark shade of red, but I'm not sure how it would look on bedroom walls. I don't own much color in my room except my current walls (light blue) and my bed sheets (green). How do you think the dusk red would look on bedroom walls?

The color I resembling is in the the upper vanished corner of the the second square down, left column.
Answers: I am contained by the process of redoing my room to craft it more romantic. So of course, I am using red. I chose a similar color, but am solitary going to do one wall - the one the bed is against. I saw a picture that I thought looked great. They had adjectives the walls painted a light golden color and later right above the bed (going straight up from the headboard) was a bed-width strip of red. They also used impossible to tell apart red on the bed and it looked so cool.
If you are going to keep your sheets green, be wary it doesnt look too Xmas-y.
I think near red you need to be paid sure it doesnt look like blood and doesn't form the whole room grain clauserphobic (sp?) But you should put some red into your bedroom - it is only paint. If you hatred it, you can paint over it (with at least one coat of primer to be precise! ha). And if you love red - it belongs in your room.
Maybe it will dispense you some saucy dreams as well! Ha. Have fun - decorate shouldn't be scary, at hand is no long term commitment involved. Have fun!
I would christen that a deep burgundy to some extent than dark red. I close to a lot of color surrounded by my house and I'd use that color. I have a lighter shade of that within my current dining room. If you go near that color, you need to do something on the ceiling except white - that's too much contrast. Ceilings can be treated as a "fifth wall" so you can use color on them. With that deep burgundy you could use a waxen blue or any color you want, but you need to verbs those two colors, plus at least a third color, together beside a rug, wall art, throw pillows, or bedding. Sounds like you're going to be have some fun.
Oh, another thing to construe of, you'll need to use a darkly tinted primer to achieve the coverage you need on the walls. And when the color requests to be painted over, you'll need to use primer again, to block out the see color.
