My kitchen is large and legally dark...although it have two windows...it lone gets the sun impulsive morning and late afternoon. I own bought new cream/vanilla unit to lighten it up. I am start to suggestions for a contrasting colour. Please?

For some reason society have for years painted their kitchens a bright, sunny sickly. I never understood that. Mine is done is pallid pink and dove grey with bone/cream cabinetry and brushed stainless accent. The whole point was built by mitt in the 1930's so it's a correct match.
