Just buy coloured masonry paint...Most suppliers will mix it to the colour you want.. no , buy a water base colour to add or buy the nearest shade masonry .

Most of the time (but not all) masonry paint is water based but you can check by reading the instructions on the can. If it say clean brushes and thin the paint next to water - it's water base, and if it says clean brushes and watered-down with white spirit then its grease based.
