i live in missouri. you say-so get a attorney... but those are expensive. I an more concerned about the cracks within my ceiling and the cracks in the storage room underground room. Do you think calling a building inspector to check that out is a out of danger bet. just to be sure? it kinda scare me to hear creaks and small pops at night to see cracks within ur ceiling line of a room.... or wall....
