Composting? Anyone into this? I just bought a composter, looked up...

Anyone into this? I just bought a composter, looked up some info on the internet. Apparently you own to layer respectively item accordingly...one site say this, another says merely throw everything in. It would be somewhat tedious have to store each item and section them, where would I put it within the meantime? Does anyone have successful composting in need doing the layering?
Answers:    If you have a tumbler bin, basically toss everything in. If you enjoy a compost pile, you need to make the addition of layers of dry materials periodically to promote air to make lower levels. Here's a primer on composting:

What type of a composter did you purchase? If it's one of the 'rolling' ones, you can a moment ago toss everything in provided here is a balance of the 'green' and 'brown elements. You should turn them respectively day to hold on to mixing things up.
