I have seafoam green walls and an ocean blue color rug contained by a bedroom. I'm looking for 2 or 3 other complimentary colors so that I can make a quilt and curtains for the room. Any suggestions?

bright orange is directly across from the blue on the color wheel. Dark mauve pink is across from the seafoam green. These would be "complimentary colors". A creamy yellow would tie them in together and tone down the vibrant colors.
Special type of cloth for drapes?
a frothy yellow is really pretty and so is white. those are the same colors of my room!
Wood floor strip?
You have already be given great suggestions. I agree with continuing with the coast colors. Different shades of creams and light browns would be relaxing. Think in language of sand and shells.

A bluish violet would add some sparkle to the palette
