Paint the walls "Mystic Harbor" by Behr, a beautiful shade of blue. Then articulation with celery green and white and purely a dash of purple. Why? Because it's a soothing color cook up for a bedroom, not too old looking, next to plenty of options.

I think a blue wall color close to Sherwin Williams' "take five" (# 6513) beside "origami white" (# 7636) trim is a terrific color combo because it's light, fresh & relaxing - feel like man at a beach cottage.
