Can you stain wood a different shade lacking striping the wood. I want to fine-tuning shades from red to unlit nouns

Answers:    Take off the doors, remove handle and hinges, clear up cabinets thoroughly.
(ammonia and marine with a drop of morning dish soap removes grease and grime)
Mix 1 part "oil" finish with 3 parts environment brown "oil" stain, (will dry darker) dip a lint free cloth into the stain/glaze and wipe on to the wood going with the pellet, wipe off beside another lint free cloth. (if doors have insets when wipe off be sure to receive in the corners...don't restain over areas that hold dried)
Dries in 2-3 hours within low humidity, 5-8 in large humidity.
Spray on 2 coats of gloss or semi-gloss poly-acrylic clear coat.
If at hand is a sealant then it will be a bit more difficult. If not next it kind of depends on the shade of red. If the red is a really light color later staining to a dark brown can be done. If the red is a depressing color then the brown wont really show that very well as the red would overpower it. In either shield you will have to insubstantially sand the surface to open up the woods pores a bit.
