Can you put crown moulding on a sepulchre ceiling. If so how? ...
No, probably not surrounded by the traditional sense. However, if you installed the crown moulding as it should be (square to the wall) to create whats known as a tray, some low voltage lights could be installed inside to illuminate the arched ceiling. Put the lights on a dimmer and bada-bing, instant mood lighting. That would be dramatic.
The same way you put it on a regular ceiling, you in recent times need a bigger stepladder. My home has a arched ceiling and I did my crown molding on it about a year ago next to great results.
The tricky part as expected is figuring out what the compound miter angle is on a sloping roof intersecting a non-sloping wall, but, likelihood are you only call for to do this on two stretches of moulding, and once you figure out the angle on one, doing the second is a breeze.
