Can you live surrounded by a fully furnished organization? I am 21 years old, and I am looking at leasing...

I am 21 years old, and I am looking at leasing a honest sized shop in Dallas, TX specifically a GREAT deal, to work on cars and try to prototype some parts. (I already own the tools in storage)

But this place is climate controlled (dual ac and heat) have two offices a full working kitchen, oven, fridge washer drier, bathtub/shower, and toilet. for smaller amount than any of my friends are spending on apartments.

And its still has room for nearly 7 cars!

I reason even though it is a commercial property I could live there lacking anyone knowing or causing any problems. Just lock adjectives my stuff in the second bureau.

IN FACT the guy in the section next to the one I want have a contractor build a loft over the offices and he made a bedroom up within! (but I don't know if he actually lives surrounded by it or just make movies there ;-)

So could I do it? What brand of trouble would I get within?
Answers:    In some zones you can do anything allowed contained by that zone or lower-rated zones, and contained by others, not. You can use the link I enjoy given you below, and you might be able to digit it out for yourself, but if not, afterwards just phone up (214) 948-4480 and ask them if it is allowed at that address. You should be able to do that short giving your name and maybe without even giving the exact address. Just explain that you want to see if it would be OK within that area.

The trouble you could find into is usually fines and of course have to move. Also your lease probably prohibits it yet locks you into paying.

So it's worth checking out.

Many cities hold "live-work" ordinances for merely this purpose, so you may be lucky.
OFF COURCE!! as long as it has a tv and a vending piece of equipment
