I've looked everywhere but can't find what I'm looking for. I guess I'm being too specific in my investigate but here's what I would like for this floorplan to include: it must be one story; has a underground store (doesn't have to be finished); 4+ bedrooms; 3+ bathrooms; large kitchen; separate dining and breakfast areas. What make this the most complicated is that I don't want one master suite in the house. Either it must have two suites or none at adjectives (all bedrooms are equal in size, etc).
