WE PAINTED THE STAIRS WITH POLYURETHANE AND SOME GOT ONTO THE WALLPAER NEAR THE STEPS. DOES ANYONE KNOW IF IT CAN BE REMOVED SAFLEY WITHOUT AMAGING THE WALLPAPER? IF SO HOW?
Answers:    If your wallpaper is vinyl start with rubbing a short time lacquer thinner on a Q-tip to be safe, although it should work fine. If your wallpaper is in actual fact paper I'm not sure, lacquer thinner might be too strong.
Unfortunately not.Your best to walk off it.
