Can not locate a deep-sea shell toilet brush holder where on earth can I attain one? I would prefer a ceramic one sooner and not to pricy.

Answers:    Just buy a normal one and grasp some sea shells from the seaside, some sand for the bits the shells don't cover and some glue. ps clear up the shells first.
