I just grouted our kitchen backsplash and it is supposed to be similar to a chocolate brown colored grout. I went over today to wipe the white steam off and very soon the grout is white. You have to scrub the grout to win it to turn brown but then slowly it will fade sour back to white. I a short time ago used water and the mix and at hand were no special precautions on the box. Any thinking?

Answers:    Hi Mike, as long as you have followed the instructions clearly, and to the notification regarding wipe the walls down afterwards, then I would, within my opinion, articulate that the advertising on the box is misleading.
Contact the company, clearly stating your complaint, and requesting what they are going to do in the order of it.
Do not get aggressive, specially if you touchtone phone, it's not the receptionist's fault things go wrong.
If the company fail to steal any action within an appropriate time, contact a group like they Citizens Advice Bureau who will support you further.
