Answers:    It needs at smallest 1 top coat...have the primer tinted to 75% of the wall pai9nt..and consequently put 1 coat paint over the top coat....It will at least cover it..two finish coats are my nouns

You will want to put a base coat of paint on also. I would suggest satin finsh that means of access you can wipe your walls down if they get dirty . If you make tracks only primer on after it will look like you own an unfinished paint mission.
