you can, but it's good to try yo game wood tones, otherwise no matter how nice, it basically doesn't work
it you black, stay with it.
Answers: I am a great fan of mixing medium and wood tones. Besides giving you more design directions, I like a home to look as if the furniture be collected over time, representing the life and lifestyle change of those who live there. You home can snake up looking like a furniture showroom display when you meeting every piece of furniture (and I have see a lot that also look similar to hotel chain suites, too) This lead to a steril environment that represents what the manufacturer believes "go together" instead of what represents who you are as a person and where on earth your tastes clutch you. That being said, I also believe you necessitate to tie the mismatched pieces together which can be done in a host of ways. Upholstery, draperies, nouns rugs, decorative accoutrements, art, wall hangings, table linens, china, etc. Go for it!
I do not reckon anything goes but you can hold "mismatched" pieces in impossible to tell apart room and they can look great! My friend has pulled several rooms together that own several different pieces in it by finding drapes that hold several of the colors in them and by drawing one wall an accent color.
Unfortunately I am horrifying at selecting colors so I cannot minister to with that :(
Good luck!
Sure.
Just formulate sure the colors you pick complement both wood finishes [ walls, carpet, drapes ].
The colossal china cabinet is big enough to hold it's own against the table/chairs.
Most 'professionally done' rooms meeting more than one wood.
I advise just two, or in a drastically large room three [ respectively wood in more than one piece of furniture, to 'balance' it. ]
