Answers: You need 2 pieces of 2 by 10 nail together with a piece of 1/2 inch plywood between them and a piece of two by four nail on the bottom to sit on your jack studs.
2 - 2x10's with a 6'x9.5"x1/2" plywood glue in between, and screw them together> honest luck
