Blue Glow-in-the-dark Stars.? So I want to redo my room. I'm going to repaint...

So I want to redo my room. I'm going to repaint the walls and ceiling navy blue and put hundreds of BLUE sheen in the dark stars. I want plenty to recreate the milky way, and green isn't natural plenty for me. Is there any way I can buy abundantly of blue stars cheaply, but if that's impossible I will settle for green. I want plastic though, none of this sticker or paint stuff.

I found this website. I had this idea for my son's room 9 yrs ago. I painted his room a really dull shade of blue (walls and ceiling), hand painted the planets, moon and sun, and put stars all over. It be a cool room. Especially at night.
