i want to finish off the stripes contained by my hair
if i comb within laundry bleach will it make my quill fall or or in recent times fry it?

Answers:    Probably both. That is chlorine bleach. For coat bleaching, peroxide is used, safe and no potentially life-threatening fumes. Chlorine gas is released when you use bleach, and if you put it on your hair, it will hang up in a cloud around your skipper and face, and is lethal if too much is inhaled. Even if you wash the bleach out within a couple of minutes, that is plenty to cause lung mischief.
