Between floor and baseboard is diff height how do i install laminate, and not enjoy big gap here and near?
Answers: The best way is to remove the baseboards carefully and replace when the flooring is down. You can be off the baseboard and add 1/4 round(shoe molding) but that is expensive and must be cut accurately.
NOTE: another issue is how will the laminate unite the door frames? Best thing here is to use a 4-1/2' grinder with a cut-off blade. By resting the blade guard flat on the floor you cat smoothly cut off the bottom of the door casement molding. The the laminate can be cut so that it fits lower than the door casement molding hiding it completely.
1- If differential it does not let you to dispatch the laminated floor under (put a flooring board and cut that section till laminated board well go under the dry wall .medium flooring should finish under the dry wall (about 1/4" ).
2-after installation done ,by molding board cover the base division (where the dry wall and flooring joint). shoelmold or quarter round is perfect in these applications. it allows for the gap you need for expansion for your floating floor. i personally would reccomend 3/4 quarter round.
