I want to get started on Christmas shopping. What are the best catalogs that can be MAILED to me. Not emailed or online catalogs, merely physically mailed. I am wanting toys, clothes, home decor, furniture, etc. Any suggestions? Thank you!
All you really own to do is request a catalog from one or two companies, and then you'll start acceptance all of them because the companies trade mail lists.

If you get mail catalogs you will get everyday retail prices. Not their sale, reductions, clearances, bargain, specials or outlets. Plus you'll have to dispose of them, tally to waste. Online at your favorite places you'll spend smaller amount.
Doing a Google search for toys I found greater assortment than your typical chain stores. Clothes, I own my loyalties. I get reduced prices @Talbots, Eddie Bauer, Woolrich, and other apposite brands. Home decor, I go first to Bombay Company, after to Ballard Designs, GAIAM and Pier One. Furniture, I shop first at Home Depot, then Stacks and Stacks and Home Improvements Catalog online.
