Hello.
Well, im 14 years old.
And my bedroom sucks.
Like, its huge and all.
But i enjoy 3 HUGE windows in it.
And no closet, so i necessitate a wardrobe (which i have)
And the layout it is now, has to stay, cuz here is no other way to put anything.

But its boring. And my mom wont let me paint it.
So what i am going to do is get hold of a job,
And save up and do everything myself.
Re-decorate/Paint/Buy modern furniture.
But i love the emo/scene style.
And kind of punkish.
I dunno, UNIQUE.
Do you think any of you fellow associates can make me a room?
This is what i would like you to settle on for me--

Paint Colour and like, Wall designs.
Bed Designs/Sheets/Cover
Dresser Designs
Etc Etc.
---------

Thank you to everyone who is willing to clutch their time and do this for me.
It REALLLY REALLY means a lot. :)

xoxo.

P.S uhhmm, can it be affordable for a 14 year feeble doing a paperroute for a year or 2? How much $$..around?
Answers:    I have a job (im 13 btw) and I tutor kids at a local elementary conservatory. I like the emo/got/punk scene as well, but as i hear from my cousins, uncles, friends siblings, aunts, nieces (their elder than me. My cousins even older than my DAD) they tell me that I would grow out of it. I would pick a color such as blue or red. (no black, my mom say it would heat up the room, like closely. and the paint has to be layered thickly or it would be grey) You could cover the wall near your favorite posters, letters, pictures. Express yourself with it, resourcefully, like a ME wall, with a whiteboard, calendar, cork board (w/e its called). Make a border beside like old items as I used my ripened violins and old violin bows and just swing it on the wall. My bed, well I would pick something that most people would be sunny with and that i like. You savour the emoish kind of think, so I would pick something that go with the room (again blue, red, white, black, brown, and possibly green;)) Since you have these giant window, you would probably be like me and hate the right sunlight. I would find some curtains that run well with the room (they enjoy like, oldish kind of curtains so find something that looks more modern or only just use an old bedspread, and hang up it over a window when its bright outside.I would keep the wardrobe, but be in motion with something smaller. Here in CA, we keep hold of most of our clothes in drawers. Buy the stackable (these save space) white ones and possibly paint it. Buy a chair (maybe a directors chair. these are foldable and can be put away) you can also use oversized pillows. (WOW I AM ON A ROLL) These can be used for study time or when friends are over. If its big, you could buy a black and white beaded curtain and separate a spot for studying (desk, bench, etc).

Use old and unusual items around your house (like CD's and you could paint it and scratch past its sell-by date paint in your own designs and frame a window or border the room.) This can hang on to things affordable.

We dont have a paper route here (i think) but you could try tutoring kids at a arts school (middle or elementary) and make sure they have fun. (order pizza or something) they could refer their friends if they own fun. and charge around 5 dollars less than other tutoring programs. (if they charge 15 an hour, charge 10 an hour) Let the kids be in a session beside their friends. They can also help each other out. Basically, if you charge 10 per kid per hour. and you enjoy about 7 kids a day. Work around 1-2 hours for 2-3 days. and you have about 140-420 a week. Keep this up and you could re-dec within about 2-4 months!
goodness no. Don't get hold of a paper route! Think about this: every single daylight for 2 years, you NEED to deliver the papers. Its a huge commitment. You can't miss a single day. I would think of another path to earn the money. Maybe reason with your mom. Like, you'll do chores every week for 10 dollars. You'll variety about 50 dollars a month. 50x24 moths= 1200 dollars
so, instead of getting up early every weekend to deliver papers, do chores once a week, and surrounded by two years you'll have over 1,000 dollars. I'd say you'll singular need about 500 dollars to completely re-do your room.
